All students of St. Patrick School are charged school related fees such as: Pre-registration Fee (non-refundable), Book Fee, Technology Fee, etc. While most fees are due and payable at registration in August, certain fees such as the Bus Fee or daily snack charges (for primary grade students) may be due and payable at other times throughout the school year. Families will be advised at registration concerning due dates for all fees and charges. Students leaving St. Patrick School prior to November 1st may be entitled to a prorated refund of book fees.

Upon admission to St. Patrick School, students maintain their enrollment status as long as all Stewardship requirements are met and school fees are current.

Financial Aid

How to Apply? There are two tuition assistance programs:

1. Catholic Education Assistance Program(CEF) – this is the primary source of tuition assistance for Catholic Elementary Schools within the Archdiocese of Louisville.

Assistance applications to this program are available in the Parish and School offices or applications can be downloaded at www.ceflou.org. The application has complete, detailed instructions. Completed applications, including required financial documents (2012 Federal Tax Return and $20 processing fee), are mailed to the Private School Aid Service (PSAS) and must be postmarked by March 15, 2013. A letter of determination regarding your application will be mailed to you by May 15, 2013.

2.  St. Patrick Tuition Assistance Program

If further tuition assistance is needed after the Catholic Education Foundation Assistance (CEF), please apply to the St. Patrick tuition assistance program by sending an email to Mr. Nagy Tawfik, Business Manager, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , outlining your family involvement in the parish-school ministries and your financial need. A committee of two non-school parishioners, appointed by the Pastor, along with the Business Manager, review the applications without applicant names.

You will receive an email of determination regarding your request within two weeks of your request.
